CommonsFC DiaryCommonsFC Diary
Notes, cases and real steps from the CommonsFC method.
The place where CommonsFC explains its path
The Diary is not a generic blog. It is where CommonsFC keeps track of the decisions, field tests, community cases and changes that shape the project. It helps readers understand how the method evolves, what has been tested and what still needs to be clarified.
The first text to read is the new vision of CommonsFC. It explains the shift from a Web3-first narrative to a civic infrastructure based on Workspaces, verified actions, badges, reports, governance and decisions.

Why this Diary matters now
The public pages explain what CommonsFC is today. The Diary has a different role: it keeps the work open while the method is being tested. This is where a partner, a community or a local group can understand why some choices were made, what has already been clarified and which questions are still part of the process.
CommonsFC is not trying to hide its evolution. The project started with a strong technological imagination, including Web3, DePIN, governance and reward systems. That part still matters, but it now sits behind a more concrete priority: helping communities recognise real actions, validate them and turn them into reports that can support better decisions.
For this reason, the Diary will collect field notes, real cases, methodological updates and network stories. It should not become a press area filled with generic announcements. It should remain close to the work: what happened, what was learned, what can be repeated and what needs to be improved before CommonsFC grows further.
